Create an OpenShiftAsciiDoc rule to catch dot callouts. Dot format callouts break the portal build: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/openshift_container_platform/4.15/html/networking/ovn-kubernetes-network-plugin#nw-egress-router-ovn-cr_deploying-egress-router-ovn-redirection
