chore: update React-Native example app

This PR:

• Updates the React-Native example app.
• Allows us to properly test fix: React-Native package exports #4887.
• Is part of the effort to resolve Warning with @reduxjs/toolkit/query/react Is this an Expo or RTK issue? #4524.
