I think this is why tests in MDAnalysis/MDAKits#149 are failing -- they're being run from the top level so the current pathway for finding the path to the test files isn't working. I took the liberty of moving them to a
data/file that the cookiecutter provides as a solution to this problem, which is reminiscent of how MDAnalysis imports its test files as well -- it defines paths in afiles.pydirectory and then imports them.Also, removed a redundant MDAnalysis logo and associated test!
