Add MSOP, TSOP, VSOP, TSSOP, SSOP, etc. reference packages and sync the libraries

• Added reference packages for various shrink/thin SOP package families. The packages were created according to the corresponding JEDEC standards.
• Synchronized the new packages throughout all libraries. Manual verification has been done in all cases. In a lot of cases the pad positions and sizes were slightly different, careful inspection was done to ensure that packages are actually compatible. Found and fixed several errors where incorrect packages were used.
• Removed the corresponding packages from the legacy reference packages libraries. Also removed the packages from other libraries when the packages were unused.
• Remaining work: to verify land patterns with vendor recommendations.

The names of the new packages are listed below. The convention is: P-pitch, W-body width, L-body length, H-body height, F-lead length, all of these are defined in 0.01mm increments.
