* Rename docs/team/community/events.md to docs/events/index.md

move upcoming events to the event tab of the wiki

* Update .pages

add links to past events and roadmap

* Create past-events.md

add file for links to past events

* Create template.md

template for event reports

* Update and rename docs/events/FOSDEM_2024.md to docs/team/community/event-reports/FOSDEM_2024.md

moved this past event to the past events folder. Also removed personal itinerary info from the public record.
