Feature Request

I would like to see an extra configuration option when setting up an iRODS storage.

This feature is important to establish an iRODS connection successfully when iRODS client and server present different client/server negotiation policies.

The configuration option I suggest to add should let an admin tune jargon's clientServerNegotiationPolicy as described in

https://github.com/DICE-UNC/jargon/blob/6f8e49201d14c95b4acfe0fcee18f4a18ce937e8/jargon-core/src/main/java/org/irods/jargon/core/connection/IRODSAccount.java#L39
