What must be done

Update the review step for mass payout transactions according to the design.

Each transfer is listed with their respective value and also converted to USD
Total transferred amount is shown at the top of the page in USD

Designs/sketches

How to test it

Create a transaction with multiple recipients
Proceed to the transaction confirmation view and observe all token amounts + corresponding USD value
Observe the total value in USD at the top of the page
