Once aneable by scanning the QR code, do I have to scan again or initialize and instance again? How long does it get?

I'm trying to automate an scipt, and there is no codition to have someone scanning QR code every time... Do I have some way to do that? Maybe scanning once, or one time by day... I want the less human action as possible...
