SwissQR not working anymore (PostFinance)

The generated QR code stopped working on the Postfinance app. Do we need to make any adjustments?

Hi !

The issue is still happening and even more often now ! My customer face this issue with other bank now.
I am still waiting for replies from the bank but it take times.

It work for 2-3 years without issue and since january 2025 client call me telling they cant scan the QR.

Can we re-open this issue ?

The only specification changes that affect the data is the address type. If your invoices have a building number defined, both for the creditor and debtor (if provided), then swissqrbill already outputs the structured address type, which is the type going forward from 21.11.2025.

Would it be possible for you to share an invoice that was unable to be scanned?
You can send it to swissqrbill@schoero.dev if you don't want to post it publicly.

It would also be interesting to compare it to an invoice created with the postfinance generator with the exact same information and see the differences encoded in the qr code.
