This is a pretty crappy hack, but it allow you to use OSX's "Dvorak - Qwerty CMD" keyboard setting while using Intellij IDEA. Just import the .jar in File -> Import Settings... and then select the Dvorak-QwertyCMD kepmap in Preferences -> Keymap.

Functionality with OSX's "Dvorak-Qwerty CMD" keyboard layout is extremely broken. This keymap fixes this issue, however, it is incomplete. For most uses, however (Cmd-C, Cmd-V, Cmd-X, Cmd-S, Cmd-Z, , Cmd-N, etc.) it will work acceptably with this remapping.
