Changes

This is here to document changes made to the original Project and Source code. Since Not all Changes will be caught by git.

##Format Changes will be documented by module, and will include broad explanations, including finer details where necessary. Additionally, as required modifications copyright will be added with original copyright in modified files

Parent Module

Updated project pom and dependencies. Renamed modules to reflect changes made by me, and removed dependencies and plugins I will not be using. Removed multiple modules unused from original repo.
