Refactor properties, connector injections and initializing beans

Most notable changes:

• Moved the @Connector annotation processor to another package
• Properties of @Connector components are injected directly with @Value
• The properties for @Connector components reside outside the analysis and cleaner properties
• Some package-private beans have been removed
• LanguageService and GitConnector both implement InitializingBean now, and the two existing ones have been removed

These changes also impact the application.properties. The README has been updated to reflect this.
