The `GraphQlErrorResponse` and `RestErrorResponse` are both subclasses
This reverts commit 52b6476.
The purpose of this converter is to allow for conversions without checked exceptions. We will integrate this into existing converters, but it will also see use in a new converter once we finish updating the `ErrorResponse` hierarchy.
This can be used in a `GitHubConnector` that doesn't perform any retries
Also includes a refactoring of the converter to support a wider variety of conversions.
Returns only the HTTP status code
