What is the purpose of the change?

Aims to create a standout and user-friendly landing page for Sei EVM. Follows the "least-number-of-hops" concept for improved devex on the docs and revolves around Sei Solo narrative.

• Improve content organization with a logical flow from introduction to technical details
• Introduce new table styling
• Integrate a new RPC Selector component for easier access to network endpoints

• Complete redesign of the EVM landing page with a structured layout
• Comparative table and performance metrics showcase highlighting the latest updates in the "divergence from Ethereum" doc
• Quick Start section with 3-step process for new developers (Configure Wallet, Get Tokens, Start Building)
• Examples section with NFT Contract Tutorial, Frontend Integration, and Solidity Resources
• Development Tools section with guided tutorials for Hardhat and Foundry deployments
• Project Templates link to official Sei examples repository for developer reference
• Interactive RPC endpoint selector with filtering by network (mainnet, testnet, devnet)
• Creative badge concept on the top left of the page ("100x faster EVM")
