"Package brew is not installed"

When I use the dVPN and try to connect, I get a message stating "package brew is not installed." I'm using a Mac. I've tried searching online. Anybody know? Thanks!

@tcfeige I'm having the same issue. Can't find anything on it. Searched for brew search tendermint but not sure if that's a dependency. I installed it anyway and tried restarting Sentinel and got the same error.
