Commands not working after discord outage

Brief explanation of issue:
Every time that discord gets an outage the bot stops working, it relays the messages from discord to the server but the commands such as !online and !tps stop working until I restart the minecraft server, sometimes when the bot lose connection to discord the server crashes.
I don't know it is possible to have a command such as /discordchat reload to get the bot working again after an outage, because sometimes there is people on the server and I don't want to bother them. The reload command is also a good idea for when someone needs to change something on the cfg file and with that there is no need to restart the whole server that sometimes take 3-5 min.

As to the crash when it lose connection the discord, I don't know if it has been "fixed" somehow but lately it seems to not happen. When I as playing foolcraft in September and discord went out like 2 or 3 times on a single day, all the times the server crashed...
