DiscordChat halts Server Start #143

Brief explanation of issue:
ModPack : FTB Ultimate Reloaded 1.0.1 https://www.feed-the-beast.com/projects/ftb-ultimate-reloaded
Steps to reproduce:

Add mod to mod pack on server
launch server without mod config so it generates config
stop server, configure config file with correct channel / server / token settings
restart server.
Server halts during startup with the following error

This mod has been working excellent for all other 1.12.2 packs we've tried, so maybe mod conflict?

DiscordChat version: DiscordChat-1.12.2-2.3.0.jar

Minecraft version: 1.12.2
