Cluster exports - support GIS formats #161

The clusters analyses currently do not export the results to GIS formats.  This 
should be enabled for each node in the tree (analogous to the Tabular Tree) and 
also for aggregated groups.


This would be one layer per node per property for the full tree, excepting 
terminal nodes.

For the grouped clusters it would be one layer per property per grouping.

Mark as fixed.

We do not support the grouped option at this stage. It can be a separate issue if it is needed.
