What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Run a spatial analysis using empty groups, with the bray curtis index 
selected.   

It results in: 
PROCESSING ERRORS
"Illegal division by zero at C:/Biodiverse/lib/Biodiverse/Indices.pm line 1288"
