PD Endemism is an absolute endemism metric, essentially a special case of PE.  

See Faith (2004) Cons Biol.  http://dx.doi.org/10.1111/j.1523-1739.2004.00330.x

It can be implemented by iterating over the set of branches in a neighbour set 
that have a PE weighting of 1.
