What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Export a tree using the table_grouped option
2.  Only the terminals are exported by default.

It would be useful to export all nodes.  This will allow better links with the 
tabular tree exports, particularly when the tree is plotted in a GIS (see issue 
#281 ).
