The sp_match_text and sp_match_regex subs currently match against a user 
specified coordinate axis.  It would be useful if they matched against the 
whole coordinate by default.

This could enable a number of optimisations to kick in when the user permits, 
as some uses might not be optimisable (e.e.g when the comparator changes on a 
per-neighbour set basis).  (See issue #305)
