The pan, zoom and other interactions are a 
bit clunky at the moment (have to control click to get popup lists), as 
well as being duplicated across packages. Modernising them to behave a 
bit more like other interfaces would be good (box zooming, change the 
mouse to change the behaviour etc). They also take up a lot of real 
estate so could be converted to a drop down list or similar, or the 
options only show when the mouse hovers over the widget.

Changed a number of files in trunk to unix format, so they are the same as those in the 353 branch.  This allows merging without overriding the changes in the 353 branch (if you do unix2dos on those files in 353, the changes from the common ancestor aren't recognisable and it becomes hard to merge).

Converting all unix-format files to dos format (now 353 branch is updated)
