In the import basedata dialog, option to specify a Null or NA value for abundance and set to 0. #489

When importing basedata from a sites x species matrix (or equivalent) NA values 
trigger a non-fatal error.

Instead, an option to handle null values could allow the user to specify the 
null value, and also specify the value to convert it to, presumably blank, or 
0.  This option is found, for example, in various programs which import raster 
files.
