What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Run a view labels using any of the 0.99 series releases.
2.  Zoom in on the matrix grid at the top right.  
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The zoom should be centred on the zoom box, but instead always pans to the top 
left.
