main GUI window uses GtkUIManager widgets, and Glade does not like that #641

Same root cause as issue #640

Does not affect the GUI display, only changes using Glade.

Possibly only a windows/OSX problem.

Possibly introduced under the changes for issue #413 as there are no refs to GtkUIManager in the libglade version UI files.
