Can not install using NPM

Describe the bug

When installing using npm install @shoelace-style/shoelace I am encountering this error:

1.npm install @shoelace-style/shoelace

Works for me, and I'm not seeing any other reports like this. Perhaps you're not using the official npm registry when you try to install it.

Here's a fresh install:

claviska@MacBook-Pro Projects % mkdir test
claviska@MacBook-Pro Projects % cd test
claviska@MacBook-Pro test % npm install @shoelace-style/shoelace

@isaacs/cli is requesting a package that doesn't exist. Unfortunately this error has nothing to do with Shoelace and I imagine you will get the same error if you try to npm install any other package in your project as well.
