Input prefix and suffix not displaying in react.

Describe the bug

SlIcon with slot does not work with SlInput. I see a blank space in place of where the icon needs to be displayed

This looks like an issue with CodePen. The icons are being requested, but they're not resolving in CodePen.

It looks like it's remapping requests from the base path we're setting https://esm.sh/@shoelace-style/shoelace@2.12.0/dist/ to their own domain https://cdpn.io/assets/.

We'll look into it!

It appears to be something to do with CDNs and some load order issue as far as I can tell, still some more investigation to do, but I can confirm the icons work if you manually set a src and point to the icon location.
