Using dialog.show method with gsap

I am trying to use gsap on the animation in and out of the dialog., but I am not having any success.

I have tried to piggy-back on the back of show method and also tried using sl-show to trigger the gsap animation - but although it will trigger a console.log on emission from the onComplete method in gsap. It does not does not animate.

Has anybody had any success with this?

Shoelace uses Element.animate() internally on various elements within the shadow DOM, so applying animations to the host element itself won't usually do what you want it to do.
