Links references to root ob the repo, but not the "react-starter" folder.
Is it possible for the platforms to clone only the provided path e.g see stackblitz

@danielleroux I noticed Codesandbox, Stackblitz are the ones capable fo cloning the specific paths, unlike the rest which clone only the main repo. |
Then we should remove the ones which can not clone specific pathes |

I added some browser IDEs to the readme file. I thought it might help others, especially new contributors who might want to explore the codebase.
