Access to Breakpoints (sm, md, lg)

Prerequisites

• I have read the Contributing Guidelines.
• I have not leaked any internal/restricted information like screenshots, videos, code snippets, links etc.

Suggestion / feature request

I want to have access to read the current breakpoints (sm, md, ld) and i also want to subscribe if breakpoint will change so that i can adapt UI. (for example exchange a table (which is for large screens) against something else (adapted for mobile).
