Description
This PR converts three Java test classes— OptionalUtilTest, Uint64UtilTest, and UuidUtilTest — to Kotlin. The tests now leverage Kotlin’s concise syntax while retaining the original method names and functionality. This change improves consistency across our codebase and sets the stage for further Kotlin migration efforts.
