OPENROUTER_KEY or LLM_OPENROUTER_KEY ? #16

The code uses OPENROUTER_KEY but the models are only listed if LLM_OPENROUTER_KEY is set, so you have to set both.

I would raise a PR but I don't know which one is the chosen name.

OPENROUTER_KEY is more consistent with the other LLM plugins. The docs also references LLM_OPENROUTER_KEY.
