walkthrough-hole is not aligning with the element

I'm using ui-router and I have the walkthrough directive placed in the top parent view. I originally had the directive in my scheduler view that contains the feature I want to frame. The hole is the right size but just not aligned with the element I want to frame. What can I do to fix this?

I want the hole to cover the scheduler rows at the bottom. Instead it is a little ways up over the map.

Also, I'd like the background, opaque area to cover the entire area even after scrolling down but i stops at the edge of the visible screen and when I scroll down the rest of the page isn't opaque.
