Changing expense amount to values with cent amounts changes them to values in thousands #6

Found with the (German) numberpad in iOS.
Changing the amount to any value with Cent amounts (such as 1,23€) changes them to 1230,00€ (Displayed as 1,230.00€)
The issue seems the "," in the numpad instead of the expected "."
I would assume that this is a localization issue. The numpad does not offer any way to switch.

Can confirm.

In Firefox and Safari on iOS: Keyboard shows ,, symbol generated is . (dot). Fractions of EURs can be entered.

In the Spliit app, keyboard shows ,, symbol generated is , (comma). Fractions of EURs cannot be entered!
