I updated to the latest version of sparky8512/starlink-grpc-tools and changed the compose to incorporate the new data available from the power stats. I also changed the starlink dashboard to include this data and cleaned up some labeling. I tested this on a fresh install and it works as expected. The only change to the container was a git pull of the starlink-grpc-tools. I hosted it in my docker hub but it will be easy enough to recreate in yours if you'd like.
