Battery discharge stops during good export price period, then restarts after a period of battery charge

Describe the bug
During periods of discharge (Octopus Flux) PB sets export intermittently throughout the 3 hour export slot, only to then re-plan and stop export then charging the battery, then to discharge later on. This can happen 4 of 5 times over the export window, ranging from 5 minutes to 30 minutes of discharge.

Expected behaviour
PB to plan to discharge in one slot without suspending discharge and then allowing batteries to charge. Adjust export to start partway through the slot and finish with the target SOC at the end of the export slot window without suspension of discharge. PB to adjust battery export rate in line with solar production, accordingly to set maximum battery discharge and inverter exports limits.
