Fix the rendering of mermaid entity diagrams by removing the base .node configuration only for entity diagrams and fixing the relationship lines and marker stroke color as well as the node labels.
Simplified the 'General node' CSS for maintainability
Entity relationship line markers was another css definition that could be simplified
