Improve how accounts are displayed in different places #1854

Accounts are displayed in different ways in different places of the app, for example:

On the main screen, the account name is displayed, and the truncated public key is not
When signing a transaction, the truncated public key is displayed, but the account name is not.

We should make this standard and include an easy preview of the truncated value, for example, when hovering over the account name.
