Filter transactions with multiple claimable balance operations from account history

What problem does your feature solve?

Claimable balances are largely spam, but they clutter user's account history.

What would you like to see?

We have tentative plans to move these transactions to a "pending transactions" screen in the future, but for right now it would be great to just declutter history by filtering them out.

What alternatives are there?

Wait to do anything until we prioritize adding the "pending transactions" screen that allows you to claim these assets.
