Allow &self/self/&mut self on contract fns
Why
It's natural for a lot of folks to write Rust in this way. This is an exploration if we can add it in a backwards compatible and completely seamless and non-disruptive way.
It may not be possible, this PR will likely stay draft for a little while as I'm hacking on this here and there.
