What is the current behavior?
In e7f8129 we upgraded
execawhich we are using for the release script. In the next release we discovered that it would cause the pipeline to stale which lead us to revert the change.What is the new behavior?
This patch resolves the issue we've faced which is likely a result of the incompatibility of rxjs dealing with Buffer streams.
execahas replaced usage of Buffer in favor of Uint8Array.Documentation
