Hi Stephen,
When the templates setting is set to "Enable theme compatability mode" I have a blank screen at events/venues and events/category urls. I'm using php 8.1, WP 6.4.3 and Twenty Twenty-Three theme.
From the error log:

PHP message: PHP Warning: Undefined variable $priority in event-organiser/includes/class-eo-theme-compatability.php on line 190
