Able to import twice the same account via sk_ prefixed key

Describe the bug
It is not possible to import via Private key and account which is already in the Wallet. So it is possible to import the same account via sk_ prefixed key.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Copy the private key of an account in the wallet
2. get the sk_ prefixed key based on the private key
3. Import the account entering sk_ key
4. See it was imported successfully

Expected behavior
Msg: This account is already in your wallet.
