The applications-system icon currently used by the desktop file is from an adwaita-icon-theme(-legacy). This creates an unnecessary dependency (that is by the way missing in meson.build). Consider replacing the icon either by shipping the Adwaita icon directly in the systemd-ui tarball or by replacing it with a different icon.
