Otherwise we'll hit weird diffs in our snapshots regarding gas consumption and code size of FunC contracts whenever we make any changes to Tact's stdlib.fc or stdlib_ex.fc.

Start with the allInFolderFunc function in src/test/utils/all-in-folder.build.ts.

Discovered in #2775.
