PopoverButton has troubles working depending on how child components are rendered

Using: `@headless/react`
Version: `2.2.2`

Browser: Chrome (on Linux)

There are certain ways a component can be structured that will make the PopoverButton fail to open the popover. The child elements can prevent the popover from opening.
