generate tailwind config file

when i try to generate tailwind config file using this command npx tailwindcss-cli@lastest init
it display error message said that "npm error code ETARGET
npm error notarget No matching version found for tailwindcss-cli@lastest.
npm error notarget In most cases you or one of your dependencies are requesting
npm error notarget a package version that doesn't exist.

Multiple things:

• tailwindcss-cli is a super old package. You may have meant @tailwindcss/cli
• The init command no longer exists in v4. Consider checking the installation documentation that is most relevant to your project to integrate Tailwind v4.
