I just created an Apple Pages color palette from the Tailwind colors, enjoy!

Installation

Download the Tailwind.clr file

Option 1: Add the Tailwind.clr file from the Apple Pages color palette UI by clicking the 3 dot menu -> open

Option 2: Navigate to ~/Library/Colors and place the Tailwind.clr file
