Unzipping http://taniwha.org/~bill/ExtraplanetaryLaunchpads_v6.99.3.zip build via direct download and skipping the corrupted file works fine, but it is somewhat problematic for CKAN users as CKAN does not have such a feature to skip corrupted files in zip archives.
